Adult Discipleship

It is essential for you to connect with God and others in community.  Having people on the journey with you as peers and mentors is paramount.  Participating in a small group, accountability relationship and/or regular Bible study, all work together to foster connection with God and others around His Word.

Small Groups

  • These individuals take a number of small group leaders under their wing to provide encouragement, nurture and assistance.  This helps ensure our small group leaders have the support they need.

    Gifts:  Leadership, Administration
    Strengths:  Responsibility, Developer

  • This is an important role in helping people on their journey with God.  They lead group discussions and facilitate the opportunities to create strong relational ties with 8 – 12 people within a group.  They also look for and develop future small group leaders.  To be a small group leader you must be able to lead yourself and others well and be part of a small group.

Men’s Ministry

  • To care for our men, we need a team that will lead this ministry.  While they will be supported by the Pastor of Adult Discipleship, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Men’s Ministry.

Singles Ministry

  • Our Grace Singles leadership team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Singles Ministry. They are supported by the Pastor of Adult Discipleship. We are looking for a few more members for this leadership team.
